Just a few guidelines to keep things smooth during your stay: • No smoking inside – You can smoke outside if you need to, just be respectful and tidy up after. • Kitchen use – Feel free to cook, just clean up after and leave things how you found them. • Lights & energy – Please turn off lights and appliances when you’re not using them—helps save energy! • Accidents happen – If something breaks, please let me know so we can sort it quickly and fairly. • Treat it like home – Respect the space and keep it tidy. Leave it how you found it. • Registered guests only – Only people on the booking should be here, no extra guests please. • No parties or events – This isn’t a party spot, so please keep things calm and respectful. • Quiet hours – Try to keep the noise down between 10 PM and 8 AM. • No pets – Love animals, but unfortunately this stay is pet-free. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
